Wolfgang's Steakhouse by Wolfgang's Zwiener opened in Manhattan, NY in 2004 by Wolfgang Zwiener, who worked as a headwaiter for 41 years at the world-famous Peter Lugar Steakhouse in Brooklyn, NY which opened in 1887. The signature menu is Porterhouse (T-bone steak with tenderloin), Prime Cut Short Loin, and Ribeye. Every meat served at our steakhouse is dry-aged for 28 days in our special dry-aging room in strictly controlled condition. There is also a selection of seafood menu available, such as Jumbo Lobster, Wild Salmon, Swordfish, and Yellow Fin Tuna.
Wolfgang's Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener opened its new location in Waikiki in February 2009. It is located on the 3rd floor of Royal Hawaiian Center, which is the largest shopping mall in Waikiki. Since its opening, Wolfgang's Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener has been one of the most prominent dining destinations in the heart of Waikiki. |
